What if you can't fix it?
Most of the times, we will be able to fix your device. But if we can’t, we will be able to tell you. Usually we can diagnose the device on the phone asking you questions about symptoms. We don’t want to waste your time or money, therefore we will be straightforward if we can fix it or not. We will also be honest with you whether it’s worth to fix your device or not. But if we come to your location and we couldn’t fix your device or if we picked up your device and couldn’t fix it, then there will be $25 fee to cover technician time and road expenses.
Do you fix water damages?
Yes we do fix water damages only for data recovery services. If you dropped your device into the water, or if you spilled coffee on your laptop, and you have important information on them, we will try to fix it so we can recover your data. Otherwise we don’t fix water damages devices. It is not worth to fix it because it will eventually make other problems.
What does the warranty cover?

We get lifetime warranty for screens and 90 days warranty for other parts from supplier and that’s why we offer the same warranty policy.
